AABHUSHAN BAZAAR offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on M/S. AABHUSHAN BAZAAR. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
1. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
We must receive payment in full for the price of goods that you order prior to our acceptance of your order. Once payment in full has been received by us we shall acknowledge receipt of your order by sending you an email to the email address that you provided in your order form. This does not constitute our acceptance of your order.
Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the goods ordered unless we have previously notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the cancellation clause below.
Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. We do not accept orders from persons under the age of 18 or from persons who are unable or are not authorized to enter into legally binding contracts through this site. If you do not qualify to do so do not use this site.We do not process or hold any payment details. Customers who pay for goods both on and offline will have their payment processed by PAYMENT GATEWAY on an external site managed by them.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if:
1. we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have requested; or
2. we do not deliver to your area; or
3. One or more of the items you ordered was priced incorrectly due to a typographical error or resulting from a fluctuation in the prices of precious metals or gems.
4. If we do not accept your order we will notify you by email or by telephone and we will credit your account with any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
5. We shall not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.2.CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You may cancel your order with us for the goods you have purchased at any time up to close of business on the 7th working day from the date you received confirmation of your order. You do not need to give us any reason for canceling your order and we will not charge any penalty.

Your right to cancel your order with us for the goods is subject to:
1. You not having worn or damaged the jewelry; and
2. You not having removed any security tags from the item if present.3.TO RETURN YOUR GOODS
Call +91 9222418418 or email support@aabhushanbazaar.com by close of business within seven working days of receiving your purchase. Overseas customers will be given a “Returns Authorization Number” that must be written on the outside of the package being returned. You must also write in large letters on the outside of the package; “RETURNED GOODS“.
The shipping and postage receipt for returning the package must be retained by you. The goods must be packed securely in the packaging that you received them in. We are not liable to refund you any moneys if the goods are returned to us broken or damaged. Once we have received the goods we will refund the amount due to your credit card within 30 working days. Please note delivery charges will not be refunded.
4.ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you wish to return or repair a piece of AABHUSHAN BAZAAR, you have come to the right place. Simply fill out our Repair/Return form by clicking on the link and we will be in contact with you within two business days.
Returns:
We are confident you will love your AABHUSHAN BAZAAR jewelry; however, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your purchase for merchandise credit to be used on a future order!
Returns are valid within 15 days of the purchase date.
Once a return request has been submitted, a return label will be emailed. Items to be returned must be sent to the AABHUSHAN BAZAAR warehouse within 07 days of the receipt of the return label. Once the original item is received by AABHUSHAN BAZAAR, a Merchandise Credit for the amount paid will be issued and sent to you via email.
The credit awarded for the return will be the amount paid at the time of purchase (not including shipping). This credit can be applied to any future order and does not expire.
We ask that Customers return their items to the warehouse either in a box or bubble mailer.
Refunds:
A full refund of a purchase can only be requested within three (03) days of the order date. For full details please refer to your original invoice/receipt.EXCHANGE POLICY
Our customer service policies are simple, straightforward and transparent and are drafted keeping your best interest in mind. If by any reason, you wish to part with a product you bought from AABHUSHAN BAZAAR or are unhappy with the quality of the product, you can always send it back to us for replacement with any other item. And we promise we will not quibble, argue or frame excuses. It is your right and we respect it. We try to provide best quality products to Customer and for that we try to get Products from Approved Vendors.
Though we are always working hard to match your expectations and deliver you quality products, on time, but still, in case, you have decided that you want a replacement, we are ready to help you out. In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a replacement without any deduction.
1.We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.

Jewelry that is intended to be worn by young children, usually around 3 years old, is subject to mandatory small parts regulations in many markets. A small part is a detachable part of the jewelry that is small enough to be swallowed or inhaled by the child. AABHUSHAN BAZAAR'S LIFETIME WARRANTY
1. The jewelry warranty and service policy will remain available to each customer who purchases from AB’s website from the date of purchase. The offer is available only on all jewelry sold directly through our website. The following conditions apply.
1.1. The warranty applies from the date the customer receives the goods for the first time.
1.2 AB’s lifetime warranty covers if provided by the vendor the cost of repair for only defects resulting from normal wear, such as cleaning, rhodium plating, and loose prongs.
2. When jewelry under the lifetime guarantee is sent to the AB’s offices, it will be inspected only by an AB’s jewelry expert who will determine whether any repairs are needed. If repairs are required that are not covered under the lifetime guarantee, the company will contact the vendor for permission before working on the piece or shall send it to the vendor to carry out the needful.
2.1The warranty does not cover loss or theft of the jewelry in part or its entirety.
2.2 The warranty does not cover re-sizes.
2.3If a defect is discovered, the jewelry must be returned to AB for inspection. AB alone will determine if the defect is due to normal wear or extraordinary circumstances.
2.4 Any jewelry re-sized or altered in any way by a 3rd party not under the ownership of AB, or without the authorization of AB, will forfeit the warranty.
2.5 AB will not be held liable for expenses, damage, or any loss incurred while the jewelry is not in possession of the company. AB alone will determine the best way for the jewelry to be returned to the customers.
2.6 If it is determined that the jewelry has been damaged outside the bounds of the warranty, due to unusual or extreme wear or use, the customer will be held liable to pay for all repairs.
2.7 Due to the nature of this type of jewelry, AB will not be liable for damage to any chains that break on pendants, necklaces, and bracelets AB will not be held liable for damage to ear-backs, nose rings, or other body jewelry.
2.8 AB will report to the customer any necessary repair required, prior to implementing the repairs. AB will be sure to inform the customer if the repair does or does not fall within the bounds of the warranty.
SERVICE
3. AB will provide free inspection and refurbishment, including plating of all jewelry, on time each year for the natural lifetime of the jewelry. AB will advise the customer as necessary regarding any worn parts that have degraded beyond the capability of repair.
4. AB will not be held liable for the jewelry and parts thereof, which may require repair or replacement due to normal wear or extraordinary wear.
5.The warranty does not cover the loss or theft of center stones. AB therefore recommends that each client take advantage of this offer and return the jewelry to AB offices in order to be properly inspected and repaired if need be.
6.By purchasing the jewelry from AB the customer has agreed to the terms of this warranty, without the need to sign an agreement to the warranty.
This warranty only applies going forward and will not be offered for goods purchased prior to TILL DATE.
